White Mountain Regional Theater casts all productions from standing members who have gone through the audition process. This year, open auditions for our acting troupe will be:
Friday, August 6, 2010 at 6pm For all auditions, please come prepared with a 1-2 minute monologue to show your memorization and characterization skills. Choose a poem or a monologue from your favorite book or play. Make it short and make it good!
If you have any
theatrical experience of any kind, prepare a one
page resume that details what shows you've been involved in,
when and where they were produced and your role in it. It will look
very similar to an employment resume. If you have no theatrical
experience, a resume is not required - we still welcome your
audition. A 5x7 or 8x10 head shot is also requested (non-professional okay). Being added to our troupe doesn't guarantee you a role in every production, as age, gender, and physical characteristics influence casting needs.
